AIMS is a leading recognised professional organisation established by Madhav Education Charitable Trust. The aim of the organisation is to help the students to keep abreast with the new trends in education and to provide various educational facilities to the youth of the new generation. AIMS was founded in 2002 to train aspiring managers, executives for the Industry. mAIMS is fully equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure required by a sophisticated Institute of this kind. Not only that, it is backed up by an efficient and competitive team that comprises of full time qualified and dedicated professionals, expert and high-profile visiting faculty that seek to give education a new dimension and place it at the centre stage of all other Industries. Campus is spreaded over lush green pollution free area. AIMS Education campus is having spacious & airy classroom, modern communication lab, computer lab. Library and other facilities.
Study Support
At AIMS, faculties have been chosen for their professional skills as well as teaching abilities. They proficiently manage their teaching to the level of each given theoretical and practical session and encourage students to achieve more than they thought possible by developing their thought process. Faculties are always there to help students for any study related difficulties during their stay at AIMS. Also ensure that if you have any problems during your time at AIMS, they are quickly solved. He / She can act on your behalf in your dealings with those particulars within the College or in your dealings with external organizations.
Student Support Service
The student support service exists to make sure that you have access to all the
information and advises you to make your time at AIMS successful and enjoyable. Responsible authority will answer your question about the facilities and courses, eligibility, admission procedures, fee status and tuition fees. The office also provides advice and support to students who need to obtain Passport for Overseas jobs.

The continuous and vigorous evalution system of the college ensures the excellence of students through continuous monitoring of their performance and provision of feed back on the basis of class participation, quizzes, assignment, presentation, class test and examination
Education System
The education system of AIMS is unique. The college aims to do far more than just to
impart knowledge. There exists a tightly knited community encouraging guidance on a personal level, supported by experienced and successful personnel from various Industries as guest lecturers to enrich and enlighten our students with their work experience. Disciplined environment of the college makes it a friendly and happy place where faculty and students can interact to maximize the educational and management development benefits. Due to its appropriate teacher-student ratio, it is possible to concentrate on professional and academi developments and to instill a sense of discipline and an executive value system. Members of the faculty are all accomplished professionals and many with international reputation. Teaching is in the form of interactive and participatory classroom discussions. The classes are learner-centered and not teacher-dominated ones. While we exercise stringent educational standards, we also believe in a sensible mix of pleasure and learning in our training and lecture sessions. It is extremely important to have good working relationships between parents and teachers. A parent is really the ward’s first teacher and it is not possible to achieve student’s success without involvement of the parent. It is extremely important to keep the doors open and welcome parents to share in the educational goals of the
student. It is significant that both parent and teacher should know the goals of the student because both teacher and parent want what is best for the student. AIMS arranges parents teacher and student meet, which is having an open interaction for the activity of the student & college. As well as it’s having an individual session for each parents to know their ward’s progress.
Career Counselling
Due to fast growth and enhanced technology, the industry faces extreme
challenge to meet the professional demand. To fulfil this demand AIMS arranges personal counselling of students in a small group for the development of their academic part, attitude etc. Regular Career counselling helps students in preparing them to meet these challenges. These counselling sessions evaluate student’s development of soft and generic skills.
Training Cell
The word “Training” means practical learning which aims at enhancing technical & professional skill. Thus it plays very vital role in the development of the student. The AIMS has excellent training cell, which has an extensive network. In the course curriculum, it is compulsory for all the students to complete their Industrial Visit /training during their study schedule. AIMS is having Training cell, which is functioning round the year to help the candidates for their different training programs, industrial visit, project report. Training placement cell arranges mock interview, career counseling etc. for training & campus interviews.
English Language Support
Students who wish to refresh or improve their language skills before the start of the term can apply for a place on the four week intensive English language Course offered by AIMS. Apart from that extra remedial classes are also given to the students to improve their communication skill. Candidates must apply in advance by contacting the Course Co-ordinator.
Personality Development Programme
A pleasing personality and right attitude are required to acquire professional
excellence. The various industries require professionals, who are not only capable of handling day-to-day management but are also having positive attributes and sense of responsibilities. AIMS organizes time to time various Quiz competitions, Sports competitions, Group Discussions, Debates, Management Seminars and entrepreneurship development program (EDP) which always helps to develop students’ personality. Personality & attitude development classes are conducted regularly.
Placement Cell
The AIMS Placement Cell is outstanding, which provides 100% placement assistance to the students. The College arranges on/off campus interviews for direct placement to the Industry for all worthy and deserving students. The Placement Cell conducts programmes for final year students giving them an opportunity to present their skills to employers. The final year students have been selected through campus interviews in different companies/organisation. Details of the placement record are mentioned in the respective courses in career option.
