The AIMS has excellent training and placement cell, which has an extensive network through out the world. In the Hotel Management programme, it is compulsory for all the students to complete their training in different star category hotels during their study schedule. During the study times the students have to undergo following trainings.
Vocational Training
Vocational Training is a vital part of the Hotel management programme. In Vocational training students have to undergo their training in different hotels in learning period. AIMS provide necessary guidance and suggestions to students for appropriate vocational training. This knowledge provides the students with an opening to improve his / her understanding of management ability in real work environment.
Industrial Exposure Training
Industrial Exposure Training is an essential part of the hotel management course. The institute has an excellent training and placement division, having an extensive network through out the world. Students have to undergo a compulsory Industrial Exposure Training for a period of 6 months in different departments of a five star category hotel as selected and arranged by the Institute. Compulsory Industrial training is in the second year in leading star category hotels like Taj, Oberois, ITC Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Le Meridian etc. Students aspiring to go abroad for training are also provided so.
